We were top of the ladder by the end of the preliminary round, winning comfortably against all the teams. But then the long covid break set in and we were rusty, practicing only once before we play the finals. Add to that, one of our top players had to leave interstate on the day of the final.
In the end we just made it, beating a gutsy Cherrybrook Megawave team by the barest of margins, 5 - 4 and a nail-biting 5-setter in the final match of the night.

Our Division 2 team, SUNS B performed extremely well so far. They have not lost a single match and all victories were secured with comfortable margins.With this results the team has become clear favourites. Let's hope they do not falter at the last two hurdles.

Monday 22/03/2021 Away to MacPirates
Warren Wuttke appeared the first time for the team. The other players were Hrishi and Joybroto. Once again we won the match easily 9 - 0
Friday 19/03/2021 Home vs ATTA Dragons
Hrishi, Tony Lee (the team's utility player) and Abdalla played. We won comfortably 8 - 1 with only 3 matches going to 4 games.
Friday 12/03/2021 Home Vs Nam Ho Div 2
Our SUNS B team, ably led by Joybroto started the competition on a winning note. They won 7 - 2 against a Nam Ho team led by Mithilesh.
